Warunki gwarancji
1) Claims for material warranty can be asserted by the buyer 36 months from delivery and invoice date by means of a fully completed guarantee request form and upon request against return of the defective part, within 2 months, at his own expense.
2) A material warranty of 12 months from delivery and invoice date applies to spare parts.
3) The material warranty only includes the provision of spare parts. It is expressly mentioned that the material warranty does not include compensation for wages, refrigerants, travel expenses, etc.
4) A prerequisite for the material warranty is a proper installation by the specialist company in accordance with the TOSHIBA’s installation guidelines and operating conditions, as well as regular maintenance of the system in accordance with the TOSHIBA’s maintenance instructions. Any warranty claims will be rejected if the device is improperly installed and if the TOSHIBA’s operating conditions and maintenance guidelines are not followed.
